Anchor knowledge with you

A cornerstone in Audacious’ delivery is full knowledge transfer
throughout the process enabling your organization to
roll-out and replicate the process whilst Audacious
is phased out and the “project keys”
are handed over

3 stage project approach

Stage 1: Discovery Phase

During this phase, we conduct a desktop analysis to qualify potential
and evaluate the basis for success, including data and process
assessment. This typically takes 2-4 weeks

In this stage, we initiate execution with a hands-on approach to test
and demonstrate potential, often referred to as a ‘minimal viable
product.’ This phase typically lasts 4-8 weeks

The final stage involves a segmented roll-out and comprehensive
knowledge transfer. The duration of this stage depends
on the scope of the project
